Absolutely love Rebecca. She is very thorough. Offers helpful tips on flossing. Managed her time well by knowing exactly when to catch the doctor to see me. Unfortunately both my husband and myself have had problems with front desk on different occasions.

Worst place if you have anxiety..the staff kept looking at me like I was crazy..and I had nine tooth pulled and the gave me oxycodone then when got to pharmacy would approve it through my medical..worst place ever and staff if very rude and no compation....now I'm stuck with finding a place to do my compressions for dentures

I took my eight year old daughter for a cleaning. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a dentist. Stay away from this place.

I had a great dental experience at Preferred. I had cracked half my front tooth off. I'm new to this area and no dentist would even try to fit me in. The office manager Stephanie at Preferred Dental understood and graciously gave me an appointment for the next day to have the dentist fix my front tooth. I had such a great experience I made an appointment for my cleaning, which went very well, now they're my regular dentist. I highly recommend Preferred Dental of Cromwell.

Everyone was so helpful and kind from making the appointment to being scheduled for wisdom teeth removal. I have severe dental anxiety was in tears walking in the door Dr Bhargava was extremely kind understanding, explained everything made sure I was comfortable the process was painless and so much better than I could've imagined. The assistants were kind explained after care and even kept my husband in the loop! Definitely will be returning for any future dental appointments!
