Office was extremely flexible in scheduling, the doctor was terrific, shared information about my eyes that I had never heard before, the front desk was helpful, looked into my insurance and told me I have VSP which I did not know. Thank you Loveland Eyecare!

I have only ever been to one eye doctor until now because I moved. The doctor at Loveland was great. But the receptionist are very rude. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for 17 yrs. She asked me if I wanted to get measured for contacts i said no because she told me it was extra and I have never been asked if I needed my eyes measured. My script changed so much that now I need new contacts and she can’t get me in for another 6 weeks. I am very very frustrated now I am stuck in the wrong contacts for another 6 weeks.

Related to old computer system: Mixed up patient names. Made several errors along the way. Really old and clunky computer system fraught with errors. Billed over $200 each for "diagnostic services" for two family members who went in for routine exams, 6 months after the visit! Make sure to ask for "Routine eye exam without any diagnostic testing" to avoid higher bills unless there is a medical issue. Office manager was super helpful in resolving misunderstandings and Dr. Loveland is one of a kind, herself. The optometry staff was also very kind and friendly.
