I was in 11/10 excruciating neck pain without a clear reason. I went to work and a client recommended Dr. Shortell, saying he was “the best” and assuring me that, since the pain was so bad, he could fit me in ASAP. He and his team were able to fit me in the next day during their lunch and evaluated me for my neck pain. He was and is very thorough and immediately put me at ease. I had X-rays taken, and he patiently took the time to answer my many questions. genuinely changed my life- I was lucky enough for my first chiropractic experience to be with someone so respectful and understanding. Truly professional and knows his limits. If he knows he can't help you, he won't pretend he can, and will instead help you find someone who can. He gave me my life back. Even though I was in my teens, my back pain got so bad I convinced myself I could never lead a real life again. He gave that back to me. I can get out of bed again thanks to him. I've been seeing Dr.Shortell for about 5 or 6 weeks now. The pain in my neck and back has drastically decreased . Between the things he does and the exercises he gives me are working well. I highly recommend him if your having trouble
