“Great first time experience at RVI Computers! Katie in the office was so sweet and kept me informed about the progress of my laptop repair. My tech was Tanner who was very knowledgeable. He had to order a part which was going to take a while to come in, so he put my laptop back together so I could take it home to use while he waited for the new part - and didn't charge me until he is able to complete the repair!!! They are very honest and their rates are cheaper than other repair place in the area. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed!“
