Great first time experience at RVI Computers! Katie in the office was so sweet and kept me informed about the progress of my laptop repair. My tech was Tanner who was very knowledgeable. He had to order a part which was going to take a while to come in, so he put my laptop back together so I could take it home to use while he waited for the new part - and didn't charge me until he is able to complete the repair!!! They are very honest and their rates are cheaper than other repair place in the area. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed!
What an anazing experience and on a first time visit!!! I was panicked that my laptop was not properly charging and they squeezed me in on short notice and fixed the problem, almost immediately, same day. Very nice people. Would highly reccommend. Excellent service!!!
I was delighted to find a reference to Rvi Computers on a neighborhood directory of local artisans, contractors, medical personnel and tech support. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Alex. He is down-to-earth; happy to explain simple things on the computer; extremely knowledgeable and professional, efficent and kind. He did not presume that I had sophistiated knowledge and was patient and clear about answering questions.
