I contacted all about tech to fix my out of warranty PlayStation 5. I was getting an error that a solid state drive was malfunctioning, however, I have never installed a solid state drive in the unit. Iri at All About Tech said he would take a look at it, and he came up with a plan on the same day. It was about $75 to have him diagnose the machine, but he stated that money would go as a credit towards fixing it. He gave a couple options, but stated that if they did not work, I would only be charged for the diagnostic fee.
