Had a great experience with PA Mitchell when she first started years ago. Had Dr. Williams but he left the practice well before 2020. They are the reason this isn't 1 star. However, I scheduled a new patient appointment with PA Maringola. I got a call telling me he had to reschedule because he wouldn't be in the office (my appt is in two weeks). They decide to tell me his next availability is in October. 4 months from now and am entire TEN months of waiting. The receptionist asked him at my request to squeeze me in or something for the last minute cancellation on their part and she said he said all he could offer was his October appointment.
