“As a commercial gym owner who joined this gym for an escape and to be able to have some "me time" away from work I can say that the new owners are doing a great job. Big Mike is constantly brainstorming ways to improve the gym. They have tanning, smoothies and a huge variety of machines and cardio. Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be intimidated about coming in as the other members are welcoming, kind, and are often helping one another. They're doing a great job and I'm excited to see where they take this 30+ year gym over the coming years.“
