“I have trusted Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services for more than 20 years. When we owned our home in West Hartford, an electrician pointed out that we had carpenter ants. Michael's took care of the problem; we clearly realized that we needed a reliable service for pest control and decided to establish an annual service contract with Michael's which includes regular preventative service visits/inspections thoughout the year. In addition, whenever unwanted "pesky visitors" appear, simply call Michael's and they will respond in a very timely manner to address the problem. For example, at one point while living in our house, a family of squirrels took up residence in the attic. Michael's set traps and after a few days, four squirrels were caught (still alive) and relocated to a natural habitat far from our home. Five years ago, we downsized to a condo in Bloomfield. The HOA includes exterior pest applications. For the interior of the condo (which is built on a concrete slab), I continue to maintain my annual pest control contract with Michael's. They provide me with regular, preventative service. The service technicians along with the office staff, are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
