“I have a ton of issues with my teeth. I went to some other office and it was awful. Correction, staff was fabulous and dentist was a nightmare. My expectations were now low. Enter Newpoint Family Dental. First, it’s above a McDonalds. Wasn’t too thrilled about that because that smell gets everywhere. I don’t know what sorcery they do in that office but you would never know french fries being fried one floor below! Receptionist, Graciela, is an absolute gem of a gal with the most loveliest accents I have heard. I cannot remember the hygienist’s name, but I will never forget his face! I am 50 years old and she taught me something I didn’t know! Not saying what, because I have dignity. Dr Yuriy May and his staff are the best at what they do. No other doctor even comes close. I wouldn't trust my oral health to anyone but Dr. May. He clearly loves what he does, and treats patients with respect and kindness. He's very professional, cheerful and thoughtful. State-of-the-art technology, the cleanest facility, and most friendly staff also help patients feel comfortable. Not to mention that they check in to see how you're feeling throughout the procedure. I trust him implicitly.
