“Today I was scheduled for X-rays of my mouth, cleaning of my teeth and a check of my mouth by Dr. B. Dolan. As always I was made comfortable by Melissa. My X-rays and cleaning are always done professionally and smoothly by Melissa. Today it was no different. Dr. Dolan came in to look at my mouth. We discussed my bridge and Dr. Dolan did some drilling and filling around the bridge. I have been coming to this practice since Dr. Tom opened it in Rocky Hill. I have had a long dental history but I have been blessed with the care I have received here. I also want to thank Diane who has worked in the office for 40 years and is retiring. She has always greeted my family and I with that beautiful smile and caring voice.( As a retired teacher Diane's grade was always an A+.) We all wish her a Very Happy Retirement!!! “Dental Solutions in Glastonbury performed a semi-annual cleaning and examination of my teeth and gums on 6/22/2020.Their pre-visit reminders were helpful and included information regarding steps they were taking to ensure safety during the Covid-19 pandemic. I found that, from the time I entered their parking lot and called from my car, as requested by them, that they appeared to follow through on the safety measures mentioned in their emails to me. These included calling from the parking lot, temperature check and questions regarding symptoms & recent travel, no time spent in cleaned waiting room, hand sanitizer, masks worn by all patients and staff. Social distancing was practiced wherever it would not interfere with the cleaning and examination. There was no interaction with other patients whatsoever.The staff members I came in contact with wore protective equipment and went about their work politely, efficiently, and competently, explaining what they were doing, as they have in the past.I felt comfortable and confident throughout my visit.“
