“Mondovi Management,I always get my teeth cleaned by the Dental Hygenist named Shamaila. She is very pleasant and always does a great job. My last visit was not as pleasant for me. Not because of the Hygenist. Apparently, the new owner (Mondovi) is so concerned about collecting data that the patients are subjected to listening to noisy entries into the computer program that Hygenists are required to make to track each tooth being cleaned. I think the efficiency experts that are tracking down to each tooth being cleaned as well as the time consumed by the Hygenists to do their job have forgotten the most important part of this program ...........................,....THE CUSTOMER!!! You are making this very difficult for all involved. You have reasons to get your data, but it really impacts the good relationships that long term patients have with their Dentist, Hygenists and Office Staff. Keep it up and you won't have much data to collect .... You won't have many customers to data_mine from!!Mr. Brady“
“I been going to bristol dental associates for 4 years now, and i finally found a dentist i trust with my care and my family dental needs. So professional, love her staff to her front desk to her dental assistants, I was suffering from tooth pain, and i called and made an appointment, unfortuntely they were booked, so i just took the next available that was close to 2 weeks away.I was so appreciative to get a call from her office that they had a cancellation for saturday to fit me in, I took the appointment, with my luck i was on call and my job called me to come in, so i had to call and cancel. Than the office called me a day later to ask how i was feeling regarding my pain, so sweet, and they said they can get me in the next day at 5:45 i jumped and took the appoitment, I was thankful that they cared that much about my teeth pain and they wanted to accomadate me and help me with my pain. I've been to alot dentists, but Dr Butler is in a class all by herself, I highly recommend her and her practice. Thank you Dr Butler and staff!!!“

“I have been going to Dr. Ellis and his staff for almost 20 years and I am always impressed by their excellent service and kindness. They are beyond top-notch in my book and as long as they are around I will "definitely" be going to them, hopefully another 20 years!! I just got a crown for my implant recently and it fits and feels perfect! I had another crown put on a few months ago and I feel the same with that one. I am just so happy to have such a great dentist, because it's so important, especially as we get older. Also, they are extremely fair with their pricing too, which is wonderful to see.
