“I’m currently sitting in the waiting room (I hope there is a delay, or this visit could be real awkward, but I know I’ll forget to post if I wait), but this is my third time here. I felt compelled to point out the AMAZING customer service of the administrator. It’s more than good customer service but a true understanding and care for the experience of patients. She’s busy as she is the only one (which isn’t normal) and she has not dropped a ball with tone or effort (education of insurance benefits, finding an appointment for people who have specific requests due to circumstances, brief jokes and banter, etc.). I have a bit of an avoidance of dentists due to past dental experiences, and this is one less barrier that I have to contest with. The dental staff are great too. Chair side manner, acknowledging and care for feelings of apprehension, making each visit about education and fitting big procedures into realistic groups for affordability and the physical impact of procedures. Last thing: The waiting list texts are really helpful if you want to get in sooner than they are booking.“

“Dr. Shafts is excellent! She's a great listener and really incorporates her patients input and comfort in their care. Office is basic, but that's ok, it's clean and clutter free. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Time management is a little slow though. Be patient, they're busy helping many people in the community. Good place overall. Pleasant surprise.“
