I’m currently sitting in the waiting room (I hope there is a delay, or this visit could be real awkward, but I know I’ll forget to post if I wait), but this is my third time here. I felt compelled to point out the AMAZING customer service of the administrator. It’s more than good customer service but a true understanding and care for the experience of patients. She’s busy as she is the only one (which isn’t normal) and she has not dropped a ball with tone or effort (education of insurance benefits, finding an appointment for people who have specific requests due to circumstances, brief jokes and banter, etc.). I have a bit of an avoidance of dentists due to past dental experiences, and this is one less barrier that I have to contest with. The dental staff are great too. Chair side manner, acknowledging and care for feelings of apprehension, making each visit about education and fitting big procedures into realistic groups for affordability and the physical impact of procedures. Last thing: The waiting list texts are really helpful if you want to get in sooner than they are booking.
I was afraid to get my teeth extracted. The folks at Plainfield Dental were rock stars. They made me comfortable, covered me up with a blanket. The doctor has an excellent bedside manner! I 100% recommend these folks!
Everytime I come here I have the BEST experience. Just got a root canal today I was in SEVERE pain prior to the root canal I had immediate relief after she did it she went above and beyond to get me in this appt and she was completely booked. Im saddened to hear she is moving to another state and leaving that office i never felt comfortable at the dentist until I met her.
