The staff was great and the office staff all work great together. He is very honest and tried to save money for patients. Many procedures, including wisdom tooth removal and having teeth pulled, are performed quickly and smoothly under general anesthesia, with the doctor making sure patients feel no pain. He is amazing and highly recommended.
After struggling with one extraction at UCONN for hours I had such anxiety about being at the dentist. Dr. James had the teeth that needed to come out, out in minutes with no pain. And my new smile Is absolutely beautiful. I tell everyone dont go to some student at a teaching hospital, that was torture. Just call Dr. James. He knows what he is doing.
