Got oil from them from cash heating oil.com on 3-16-21. I was not home at the time, no one else went to the house that day, but when I got home, one of my slate steps to go up towards the back of the house, where my fill pipe is, was smashed. They obviously denied breaking it even though you can clearly tell something heavy was dropped onto it, the nozzle of the fill hose, and the guy even picked up a big broken piece and put it up to the side on top of the retaining wall. I’ve seen them do this on other occasions where they just drag the hose back to the truck and the heavy nozzle smashes around everywhere. I ordered oil through CashHeatingOil.com on 1/22/21 and received a call immediately from Compass Energy out of New Britain CT who took my credit card info and said they were to deliver the same day on 1/22/21. They never delivered or called. I tried calling Compass Energy on several times as i was running low during the week of 1/25, they never answered the phone or returned a call from messages sent. I emailed CashHeatingOil.com on 1/28 and their response was that Compass Energy never missed a delivery before. Now on 2/1 I am out of oil and CashHeatingOil.com states that the driver called me and told me they did not deliver to my town. Nobody from Compass Energy ever...read full review
