Recently purchased a home in Bristol. Not knowing any businesses or people for that matter. I posted on a social media page looking for a reliable home oil service, and the response was overwhelming in favor of Mystique oil. Contacted Jamie at Mystique, who answered immediately and was at my door within an hour. Not only did he service and inform me what would be best for our home, but also he and his team replaced our oil burner and solved all our issues with prompt and courteous professionalism. I ran out of oil last night and they totally hElped me out and got me a same dAy dellivery even though it was after 7am. The oil pRices have beEn good for the past dozen yearS with Scott and I have learned a lot about my heating system worKing with mystique as my oIl company. I had an issue where they sent out a guy to clean my furnace and it stopped work after the cleaning and I i Cale's and spoke my piece to Scott and he sent his guy bAck and got it runninG for no extra charge. So believe if tHey makee a mistake they are honest enough to fix it. I would recommend them as a oil provider in the Forestville greater area. Eric
