“We needed a new roof so I called Bailey Home Improvements and Alex Bailey came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. Both he and his team were all professional and respectful. I have an inground pool close to the house which made things a bit challenging. They took extra precautions to avoid any damage to my pool. The roof itself looks amazing! They did an awesome job and it only took one day which was very impressive. After the roof was installed they made sure to clean up and did a great job! They know I have dogs and took the extra time to be sure they picked up all the nails and any other objects that fell from the roof. “I hired Mike and AMI Home Improvements to do a quick trash pick-up around a property I manage; the yard was in need of a lot of attention but my focus was just the trash. I figured I would do a spring clean-up at a later date. Mike started sending me pictures (as he always does which I absolutely love especially since I can't always be there to see the work) and the before and the afters were shocking. I didn't just get a trash clean-up I got a spring clean-up; there were mounds of leaves everywhere, there was piles of debris outside the fenced in area, the was junk that needed to be hauled off. I got final pictures where the leaves were removed between the ramp and the building, no junk outside the fence, the trash barrels were taken to the curb for me and the list goes on and on. When I saw the final pictures I was taken aback; Mike did all this work for the price I was expecting to pay for a quick trash clean-up and this is not a one time experience. Mike and AMI Home Improvements always go above and beyond for me and my residents (I own a property management company). He's made friends with the most difficult of residents and can trouble shoot any problem you have. He's prompt, reliable, courteous and very reasonably priced. If you need something done AMI Home Improvements is the #1 company to call; I recommend them in heart beat!“

“JRB home improvements save the day for me and my husband. Our home had been flooded severely in our basement rec room and laundry area. He worked tirelessly and helped coordinate our insurance coverage for the rebuild. Him and Brian made sure that everything was restored actually better than before. There were flood cuts over the entire basement area two and a half feet up the drywall and you can't tell there was ever a cut in any of the walls. He made a couple of recommendations that help to actually improve the space and made the most out of the insurance dollars that were available to us and worked within our budget.
