I initially called Mike the owner at the end of 2024 and he explained why, at my levels of 1.6 pCi/L, it wasn’t really necessary or cost effective to remediate. He immediately built trust and didn’t hard sell.
Fast forward after basement remodeling and my numbers were at 2.3 pCi/L and rising, often with spikes approaching 10. I gave Mike another call and he asked for photos and videos of the space. Within a day he explained how he’d approach the split basement/crawlspace of my home with two suction points and sent me an estimate. Two weeks later I called him up to get added to his schedule.

Mike and his son installed our radon system this spring. They provided clear information about the potential increase in our electric bill due to the fan and helped me choose a location where the fan noise would impact our home the least. Their initial test post-installation and our own test this fall both came back great. Very friendly and even let me keep the concrete core from my basement floor!
