When Tropical Storm Elsa hit, our basement was flooded with over 16 inches of water. Our entire area was a mess and many homes like mine needed immediate help. They answered their phone on the weekend and we were scheduled within 48 hours of calling. The crew was very professional and kind-hearted. They took extra care of moving what was left of my antiques out of the way so they could clean up the area. They did a fantastic job, came exactly on time, and our basement is better than it was before the storm hit. Fabulous service!! We had a small fire and the smoke damage was extensive. Servpro really stepped up to help us out, working with the insurance company, scheduling extra people, setting up huge fans, and wiping the top of every book on all of our many many bookshelves. When they declared the house clean again it really was!
