We had the privilege of working with Rick Sampias of Sante Builders on two demolition and construction projects from water damage to our home. Rick was the first to assess the scope of repairs. We liked Rick right away. He was pleasant, respectful, forthright with opinions and options, and answered our questions with great technical expertise. He also kept in touch and followed up on everything he said he would look into. Rick put his team in charge and everything went very well, from plumbing, to flooring to final touch up. We requested Rick to be our project manager on the second, more challenging project. The entire bathroom had to be redone, yet the insurance agent's adjustment was very lean. He tried very hard to make the numbers work on my fixture choices, going out of his way to find a lovely vanity for a third of the price of the one I picked and bundled it with a shower--both of which I liked very much. Through the entire process RIck was available via email and phone and was happy to meet with us as many times as we needed. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, what the limitations were, and listened to all of our concerns. I was impressed with how well Rick worked with his team as they discussed problems and came up with creative and cost effective solutions. They were very respectful of our home and our privacy, and at the end of each work day left the work area as clean as possible. The finished projects were excellently constructed, solid, tidy, and beautiful.
