“A great place to learn Taekwondo. In life you come across only few peole who are dedicated to the craft of doing some thing whole hartedly and with dedication. Mr. Reiss is one of them, my son's been training with him for over four years and he has enjoyed every bit of the class he has been to, and learnt so much beyond Takewondo skills“

“For anybody that's interested in martial arts, this is the real deal. There is something very special about this dojo. Every martial arts movie I have seen, books I have read and fights I have watched, every class the spirit of a true martial art comes to life here. Training at this place is intense and at times painful. I was a 105 lb weakling when I walked in the door for the first time. I gained 20 lbs over the course of a few years of rock solid muscle and corresponding functional strength. Aside from physical strength, they have also toughened my spirit and heart. It would take a lot to break me now.I learned how to fight here.I learned how to take punches and keep on going. I learned to take kicks and keep on going. I learned to take blow after blow, get slammed down to the ground over and over and keep getting up. I'm familiar with being pinned to the ground by someone's full bodyweight through their knee on my face. The thing is, it's no big deal. If I were in a real altercation, I wouldn't freak out because all these things are second nature to me now. Over time, I started winning. Against much bigger and stronger guys. I finally gained what all those self-help books and self-defense seminars claim would happen. I never did believe those. That's because you can't achieve inner confidence by watching a bunch of DVDs and reading websites and taking a seminar or two. It takes years of blood, sweat, and tears. I'm no longer worried when I walk past a dark alley in the street. I am no longer fearful of getting picked on in a bar or club. I'm not scared to travel abroad because I know how to deal with assault, armed robbery, and viscous attacks. And for once in my life, I feel like I belong, and to some of the toughest men and women I have ever met. If I were in any kind of trouble, I would want these people by my side. The ex-military students and instructors have remarked that this is the closest thing to a platoon in civilian life. They say it's not a fight club but I can't help think the next day sitting in my cubicle with bruises on my body and aches in my joints and smile to myself as coworkers debate about the right font size to use in a presentation. Especially after a particularly exhausting night of grappling and fighting, there just isn't much that can make me upset.Remember, it's not the person but the style and instruction that makes the difference between winning or losing, life or death. You can spend your life doing nothing or worse, wasting time on a useless, ineffective martial art. Just make sure you choose the right place to invest your money and time. Because if you come face-to-face with the possibility of someone else ending your life, the proven ability to survive will be your only option.“
