Been training here for a little over a year and a half. Amazing family of scrappers I've been welcomed into. Kyoshi Darin Reisler and Professora Marlene Reisler are incredible people who dedicate immense amounts of instruction and love to this school and its student. I'm very proud to be a part of this organization. I've become a totally different person in my time training here. Wouldn't change it for the world. Thank you so much Kyoshi And Profsa. Marlene!! I dropped in for the 7:30 pm Brazilian jiujitsu class while visiting from out of town. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The instructor was fantastic and knowledgeable and did a great job of teaching to all level students. I will definitely visit next time I am in town!
I have been training at Plus One for 3.5 years. My family had moved from out of state, and I was looking for a gym for BJJ and Muay Thai. I asked our realtor if he was aware of a gym/s that would suit my needs. He said that he had a friend that trained at Plus One, but he, himself had no experience in the martial arts.Shortly after moving into our new home, and settling in I gave Plus One a call and set up a private lesson with Darin, who was awesome. He was really easy to talk to, not a pushy salesman, and had a vast knowledge of BJJ along with multiple other disciplines.The gym culture is great. Ego’s are left off of the mat.
