Joel is such a nice person. My furnace stopped working and tried reaching many service companies and everyone are really busy like Joel and team, but Joes texted me back asking what is my issue and I’ve explained and shared some pictures. Next question he asked ‘how handy are you’ I said I can manage… so he offered me a few solutions over the phone to try to help and save me a service call. Together we figured issue is with condensation pump, immediately he suggested where to find the pump so I can fix it. He’s very knowledgeable , professional, and I would highly recommend!! My air conditioning suddenly stopped working and the man who installed it was retired. I found JM Curtis Energy by looking at reviews. I emailed him late on a Thursday night and woke up to a voicemail the next morning. Had I been awake he would have come right over. Later that same day he came over, assessed the problem, and fixed it. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and he was beyond reasonable with his price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
