Comfort Keepers has been providing care to my sister-in-law with dementia for several months and we have been very impressed with the caregivers and level of communication we've had if there were any questions or concerns. Comfort Keepers of Bloomfield provided care for our mom the last 6 months of her life. Their caregivers were loving and compassionate. Their presence provided so much comfort to mom. The entire office was easy to work with including their scheduler who patiently worked with us to accommodate our ever changing needs and to make sure we had the coverage we needed.
My sister and I were in need of help for our dad, who has dementia, right after our mother passed away at the end of August and one call to Laura was all it took for us to immediately feel better and know that our dad would be in great hands. Laura reassured us and is helping us navigate our dad and his dementia. The fact that at all hours Laura is available and always helpful has meant the world to us. We also met Jenny right away and she has been phenomenal with meeting our dad and checking on him often and making sure the aides are a good fit for him. Both Laura and Jenny are so caring and so invested in the care of our dad. Their help is priceless and so appreciated....read full review
