My sister and I were in need of help for our dad, who has dementia, right after our mother passed away at the end of August and one call to Laura was all it took for us to immediately feel better and know that our dad would be in great hands. Laura reassured us and is helping us navigate our dad and his dementia. The fact that at all hours Laura is available and always helpful has meant the world to us. We also met Jenny right away and she has been phenomenal with meeting our dad and checking on him often and making sure the aides are a good fit for him. So far The experience is a positive one. We”ve used this company starting with their in home services, and now have them as private CNAs with my parents in a memory care facility . Their aides we have had have all been professional and approachable. Laura, the Director of Marketing has been such a driven factor on staying with this company. Her commitment and communication with my sister and myself is amazing ! She always gets back to us, no matter when . This is the third company we”ve used , and i”m very pleased with the company.
