“I had a gorgeous silk suit, especially designed and made in Hanoi that was absolutely irreplaceable. After wearing it to an event, I realized that there was black ink all over the back of it. I took it to my local dry cleaners, and they just shook their heads when I asked if they would be able to get it out. Rather than giving up, I went to Superior and for starters, met Louis, the friendliest sales clerk EVER! He was very optimistic about Superior being able to take care of the black ink, and he was absolutely right! I am so grateful to have my gorgeous chartreuse silk suit back and looking just like new! “I had the best experience with Stitch in Time. My sewing machine was having an issue that I could not figure out and I called the shop and spoke to Paul. He told me that if I could get my machine to him today he could look at it first thing in the morning and call me. By 9am the next day I got a call from Paul telling me the issue and letting me know it would be $168 to repair. I was able to pick up my fixed sewing machine about 6 hours after speaking to him. It is not often you find an honest and knowledgeable person to help you. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who sews.“
