“Walked in a week before my wedding with last minute alternations that needed to be done. The owner is absolutely amazing at his job. Attention to detail, quality of the service provided, kindness and customer service is top notch.
The owner himself is a GEM. You really don’t have that authentic, New England charm like that anymore… if you know, you!
Thank you Madison cleaners! We’ll be back! This time I won’t get lost ?
Ps. Reading some of these reviews is heart breaking. This man is a master at what he does, he gives you REALISTIC expectations. If you can’t understand light hearted, true, old school New England charm- go back to where ever they half assed your service, kissed your butt while taking your money, knowing damn well your expectations weren’t going to be met.
I’ll take humor, professionalism, and realism over anything else, any day.
I’ll never go to another dry cleaner! Thank you for keeping New England, NEW ENGLAND.”
“Very professional customer service. I needed a dress and pants altered for a wedding and they were done perfectly and in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend Victor’s Tailor Shop.”
