I had the best experience with Stitch in Time. My sewing machine was having an issue that I could not figure out and I called the shop and spoke to Paul. He told me that if I could get my machine to him today he could look at it first thing in the morning and call me. By 9am the next day I got a call from Paul telling me the issue and letting me know it would be $168 to repair. I was able to pick up my fixed sewing machine about 6 hours after speaking to him. It is not often you find an honest and knowledgeable person to help you. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who sews.

Brought my sewing machine in after it got jammed while I was sewing cloth masks for people during the pandemic. Stitch In Time was the only place open for sewing machine repair (I live in downstate NY). Paul was able to diagnose, explain what was wrong, fix it, and return it to me within two days, and now it runs BEAUTIFULLY!!! It also runs FASTER. Cost was on the cheaper side for sewing machine repair, which was nice. Will definitely come back for yearly servicing. Totally recommend!
