The owner and staff members were incredibly helpful, patient, and very pleasant to do business with! Everyone there has an extensive knowledge of sewing, and tailored experience that they use to really figure out what machine is best for not only your current needs but your potential needs as well. Services for machine repair were not too expensive, the in store selection of machines/tools were plenty, and the staff were very nice. Would definitely come back for any sewing needs!

I could not be more appreciative of the prompt service I received from Paul and his staff at the Danbury location. My machine stopped working midway through a special project for a dear friend. Graciously, Paul performed his magic and I was able to return to sewing in record time. Many thanks!
