“I have been going to see the dentists at Newtown Family Dentistry for over 40 years and I can report that the doctors (Dr. Condon and Dr. Golisano) that have attended to my dental needs are very professional and caring. I recently had an accident on a Sunday morning and had to call Dr. Golisano to attend to my care. He came to the office and treated my impacted teeth to prevent further damage. “I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. Dr. Roberts and her staff are very welcoming and understand that their patients can be nervous at times. The whole experience for me was very calming. They prescribed some medication to calm me down, the lights were dimmed for a more calming environment, she asked what music I liked and played it on the radio, and handed me some earplugs. Dr Roberts has the special touch when it comes to giving Novacaine. Didn’t feel a thing! Overall 10 outta 10 experience! Definitely gonna keep going to Trinity dental, I highly recommend if you’re nervous they take very good care of you!“

“My experience over the phone today was terrible first the line was going straight to a automated voice mail stating that you were closed and to call back later then i finally got a hold of someone and just asked to make my child a appointment I was calm polite and very respectful and received additude I understand not every day will be a good day but treating people nice cost nothing the dentists are great and the dental hygienist as well but I have other experience over the phone that were GREAT!! So I know they can be nice but I didn't do or say anything wrong to be treated poorly over the phone your in a field were you should Have EMPATHY.“

The hygienist was gentle and careful with my gums/teeth and took time to explain what she was doing. She noticed that I had a minor chipped tooth. Dr Quinby then finished the thorough examination and while I was there had time to fix my chipped tooth. He also took time to explain what he was doing. Dr Gerfen has always checked my teeth following every cleaning. She reviews my X-rays and assesses future needs. I have always felt comfortable with her thoroughness and competency. This time she filled the cavities. She works quickly, tells you both what she’s doing and checks on you your comfort. I appreciate the care and process she provides.
