“I was experiencing hot and cold sensitivity in my gums and I saw Dr Hasan. She explained the possibility of things that could be giving me discomfort in my mouth. She did some X-rays and told me what it was. She also took her time I didn't feel rush. My first impression overall with the Dr Hasan and her staff was great. “I went to get my teeth cleaned and they didn’t clean my teeth. The dental hygienist said that she ran out of time because the first visit required that she spend more time taking x-rays and going over my dental health. I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time although I was there 15 minutes prior like they requested. She had a rude demeanor from the beginning to say the least. Isn’t the first visit supposed to be a bit longer whenever you go see a doctor or any medical professional? No dentist on site either. They did give me a card to leave them a review so here I am. I’ll be waiting for the dentist to get back to me, like I asked. We’ll see. This was at the 761 Main Avenue location.

Update: Dr. Giraldo called me and apologized. I'm scheduled to go back and get my teeth cleaned.

Update #2: I went to see Dr. Giraldo, and she did a good job so I'm updating the review. They still need to improve at communicating with patients about what they'll do during the appointment.“
