Spargo and their team delivered on time, on budget and with superior quality. We worked with Spargo Construction on two major projects over the past three years and are very happy with how they both turned out.The first project was a mudroom, powder room, laundry addition plus kitchen remodel and entire first floor remodel. The second project was a basement remodel. Spargo was responsive to our concerns and communicated with us well. His subcontractors were good to work with. Spargo came back to do all the small items near the end of the projects, which was really important to us. We would be happy to work with them again.
After interviewing several General Contractors, we decided to go with Howard Spargo for our major renovation project. Everyone we interviewed was highly qualified but Howard seemed to be the most transparent from the start of the project to the end. He was a real pro and communications during the (9+month) process was excellent.
As is typically the case, issues and challenges appeared with sub-contractors and material supplies. He was quick to jump on issues as they came up and we jointly found resolutions.
