This review is for Avon but also quick acknowledgement to every staff member I've dealt with across four locations so far, they're all amazing! Round 1 was split up since the scheduling was so immediate and shortsighted and the season is busy, but they have been able to accommodate me at their various branches (Round 2 and beyond has been scheduled in a single visit). I had such a great time in the consultation with Stephanie. The treatment worked from the first week. I really enjoy the space. Carla always answers all my questions and makes sure I'm feeling comfortable. I'm very thankful to both for making this journey so nice and easy!
Edited to add that even when the team has changed since then, everyone is still great. Very professional and friendly staff.

Carla is the best provider I’ve been to with Milan Laser. She’s super patient, friendly, and attentive. She’s the only provider I’ve been to that checks in to see my pain tolerance and how I’m feeling during the treatment. She’s made this hair free experience the best and I highly recommend her!!!
