I have been a customer of Ralph Mann and Sons Inc. for several years, during which time the Company has performed routine maintenance tasks as well as HVAC upgrades for my 1940’s era home. These upgrades included installation of an energy efficient heat pump, an extension of baseboard heating in an existing room, replacement of a gas water heater one day following my request for service, and replacement of an old, defective and obsolete boiler expansion tank with one that is modern and trouble-free.
