Great place ! I’ve been a weightlifter for 5 years now and I recently hurt my back pretty bad. I stopped working out for a month because I was walking around embarrassed of how bad I looked. The owner Tiesha looked out and said come try fitin-in, it’s the best thing I’ve done because it’s private has everything I need to rehab and get in shape during my injury ! If you are just starting out and feel lost and don’t go to the gym because of insecurities or just embarrassed because a lot of people around then this place is exactly what you need !

The management was awesome ,clean and safe environment, the instructors were very good. Truly enjoyed Yoga forgot how invigorating it could be.
