Matt and Chase were exceptional! They listened to the problems I was having with the water in my home, followed up to test quality and find out why equipment was malfunctioning, and offered multiple solutions. It doesn’t hurt that they both have a great sense of humor- definitely needed when dealing with the headaches of owning a home!I recommend Water Doctor without hesitation and will gladly call when needed!

Josh from the Water Dr. LLC serviced our well pump and filters recently. Our system was in distress due to lack of a required yearly service which we had inadvertently missed. When he identified that the system had failed he took quick action to ensure we had a smooth transition and installation of new system on the same day.He also took the time to explain how the system works and why it was so important to service the equipment yearly. Much to my surprise he created an alarm event on the pump that will give us notice to schedule our service call next year! Thank you Josh for such great service and for going the extra mile! Very happy with the results!
