Based on patient reviews, STRIDE CHC is a clinic that has provided excellent patient-centered care for all since 1989. The clinic has changed a lot over the years but offers a comprehensive and integrated healthcare system. The dental office and team are amazing, with dentists who make appointments easy and reassuring, explaining things so patients feel safe and confident. The faculty is loved, with a receptionist who is always kind, ready to help, respectful, and supportive with a good attitude that makes the experience more enjoyable. Another staff member in billing does great work with a super attitude and handles patients with joy. However, some reviews note that the admins at the front can be confused, not so nice, and seem stressed or bored, making things a bit chaotic. It may be difficult to make an appointment, but patients are assured they are getting the best care. *Pharmacy hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.*
This was an overall very good experience I had today establishing care. I saw Sydney Westgard and she was great! I even met with a therapist after my regular appointment today. The only recommendation I have for this place is having set appointment times for patients rather than walk-ins. Otherwise I think this place was pretty good. They even have a pharmacy.
This clinic is exceptional! The dental office and Dr Cho has an amazing dental team. I highly recommend getting your care here; it may be difficult to make an appointment, but be assured you are getting the best care.
This clinic has changed a lot over the years. Yvette, at the front desk is the best, she is informative and always welcoming. It normally doesn't take long to see a Dr if you're there early enough but they always make sure to give an accurate ETA before you're checked in. The Dental department is great, it's never easy for me to want to see a dentist but my dentist Dr Sung C has always made my appointments easy and reassuring. He explains things to me and makes me feel safe and confident in his hand. Thank you
