Wheat Ridge Internal Medicine is highly praised for its exceptional care and compassionate staff. Patients feel treated like family, appreciating the professionalism and friendliness of everyone from the front office to the doctors and nurses. The practice is known for respecting patient privacy while providing both compassionate and straightforward medical care. However, they are currently not accepting new patients until November 2023.
I feel super grateful to have found WRIM and Brooke Edwards as my PCP. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient and communicates well as far as follow-up appointments, required tests and referrals. I've been taken back early for each visit. The entire medical staff is fantastic and Brooke is an excellent PCP who is knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to ask and answer questions, to really understand the issues I've had. Her easy going demeanor really takes the anxiety out of doctors visits.I've been very happy with all of my experiences with WRIM and would definitely recommend.

I have had the worst experience with the care here. While I liked my pa and her assistant, hence my giving more than 1 star, the front desk staff/reception, as well as the pharmacy, were non-responsive. Over a 2 month period, I have tried (and failed) to get prescriptions sent to my mail order pharmacy. Were they concerned that the delay in my receiving my prescriptions might seriously impact my health? Heck no! They chided me for my frustration, and on top of that, lied to my face, saying that I hadn’t seen my pa in over a year (um, no, it was last December). These people just don’t care.
