“I am a groomer and stopped in to pick the brain of the owner of a salon with rave reviews within distance of my Airbnb. Sara was extremely accommodating and kind as I questioned what she attributed her success to. As she worked she answered many of my questions and handled the pet on her table with extreme care and gentleness. I made the comment that her pet on the table looked phenomenal! As He did. She shared generously her thoughts on what has attributed to her longevity and success in this unique industry and offered a wealth of knowledge to me, a fellow grooming salon owner in Knoxville, Tn. She appeared to have happy, hard working and skilled employees and her demeanor reminded me that even 25 years from now I can still be effective and contribute in this industry with a pleasant and kind demeanor. I am so thankful for her taking the time to speak with me and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area or visiting on vacation! This woman knows her craft and loves it! There is an important balance one must acquire between providing skilled, consistent and gentle services to pets during the grooming process and also providing a safe, clean and joyful workspace for your employees, it appears that Sara has mastered this, for 40 years no less. “I get my pet supply food here and it works really good because you can earn rewards and redeem for a $5 off that means you can get $5 cans of actually you can get like seven cans of cat food for $0.79.89 and still be under $5 and it's great because of war wars are great and it's right next to where I live“

“My dog had a WONDERFUL experience here. He is super timid, and doesn’t usually take to strangers but he loved this place and the people who work there. For the life of me I can’t remember the groomers name but she is Hispanic and she wears glasses. She deserves so much credit for how much she cares about what she does. She came out to meet our dog and got down to his level to give him love. He was so happy coming out from the back and he has picked his new grooming spot. He just needed a nail trim and teeth cleaning, both of which were done quickly and perfect. No one is ever able to get his nails short enough because he has black nails but she was able to get them back enough and he is happy so I am too! “Zephyr cut my nervous chi terrier mix’s nails today, and she did a fantastic job! Zephyr was so accommodating and kind. She seems like she really knows her stuff and she was so gentle with our pup!

I used to be almost as nervous about nail trims as my dog because it was such an ordeal to trim her nails ourselves. We usually can’t get more than 4 or 5 nails done before she starts thrashing and acting like we are actually murdering her, but Zephyr did so great with my little baby that I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders!

“I recommend their customer service, services, and advice. They are great with my dog King! He is getting more comfortable and they help him feel more relaxed because he does tend to get anxious. “Great quick nail cuts. We go on Saturdays with our chihuahuas. They are quick and pleasant to work with. One of our girls doesn't like her nails clipped. They are patient and talk so nice to her while she gets her toes done. Highly recommend!
