“Just picked up our puppy, Beau, today and need to give Sheree accolades. She is absolutely wonderful! I'd give her 100 stars if I could! We've been using her services for MANY years and are now taking our third pup to her salon. Each of our dogs eagerly visit (this was not our experience with other grooming facilities.) My King Charles Cavaliers all BEG to go inside. And they are well taken care of--fur, nail trims, glands, etc.! Their haircuts are always breed appropriate as Sheree has a background working in the veterinary field and is extremely knowledgeable about canine/feline presentation/care. She is a true animal lover who is gentle and caring, not only with her fur clients, but humans as well! And I've never met a more patient person!! I often run late and she happily accommodates, sending photos of my pups. I noticed some people complaining here about her not answering her phone. That is aggravating for me, as a client, to read. Anyone who knows Sheree, knows that she runs a professional, and very busy business...personally spending ample/quality time on each pet. Again, she's PERSONALLY handling, bathing, drying, trimming, etc. animals all day long and, I imagine, that makes it difficult for her to answer calls. Simply text her and, if for an appointment, she will usually respond anywhere from a couple hours to 24 hours later. Again, that's because she's providing one on one services and doesn't run her business with a PetSmart/factory like grooming mentality. I certainly appreciate her individualized attention to my pups. If it's the day of service, my texts are always responded to immediately. If you are looking for a groomer you can truly trust with your family pets, I highly recommend Sheree. She's lovely! And Beau thinks so too!“

“My little Yorkie girl suddenly developed a horrible honking cough, like she had something stuck in her throat and she could not cough it up and at times could not catch her breath. Huron Animal Hospital got me in same day and we saw Dr. Seiffert. The tech immediately took her into the back to give her some oxygen to help her breathe better. They asked if they could take an x-ray and I said of course! The vet came back and said that she has a collapsed trachea. That’s why she’s fighting for her breath.. We talked about several options, starting with surgery to managing comfort care in the interim. The vet even called down to the specialty wheat Ridge Hospital to get more information about doing a tracheal stent. I Just appreciate the straight talk and helping to come up with options and solutions. My Yorkie is doing OK with the medications Dr Seiffert sent us home with. Ijust have to keep her calm until I can determine the best surgery solution and where to get it done. It is just very comforting to have a partner with Huron Animal Hospital as I go through some tough And costlydecision-making. When I paid my bill before I left, I was pleasantly surprised as it was Very reasonable. I have a new vet now! Thanks, Huron Animal Hospital and Dr. Seiffert!“

“Luanna and her team are wonderful! We've been taking our Maltese mixes here for the last 4 years and have been very happy. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time and staying on a consistent schedule- our girls go every 10-12 weeks- as they are very busy (the best places always are!). Our dogs suffer from allergies and Luanna has always made their experience great with unscented shampoo... the vet recommended Benadryl on the day of their grooming appointment which has helped significantly. Communication has always been top notch- including reminder calls the day before. We are thankful to have such a wonderful small business in the area to accommodate our girls and do not miss going to a corporate groomer at all. Thank you! :)“
