I called to see prices before going to have my dog put down. Was told $150 to put down with not getting ashes back. Over $300 if I want the ashes back. I couldn’t afford the ashes back do planed on the $150. When I went to check out it was $150 plus a group cremation plus the meds they give to do the job. It turned into $335. At that point I was stuck, it wasn’t like I could undo the work, and they thought that should be total. Wish I knew the options before being told this is what we doing.
Update, the office called me and apologized for the mix up. They have given me credit back on my card. Thank you for doing this.
I've only had good interactions here. They take great care of my cat. I completely trust them and you can tell everyone there loves animals. Of course my cat doesn't like going there and would probably review the place much lower, but hey... she's a cat! I'm fortunate to have this place not far from my home.
I’ve been a client of Kipling Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Center for 20 years now and it’s been a very positive experience for me and my cats. We work primarily with Dr O’Connell, with support from Dr MacKenzie. Both doctors are amazingly thorough and caring, with great support from their staff. I’m grateful to have the center close by in our neighborhood.
