I'm very upset today I went to visit my son's headstone I have two sons very there I recently spent a lot of money getting flowers for The headstone that don't fade. I got a beautiful arrangement for the top of the headstone add flowers that go on the side and around spending almost $200 and then when I go to visit all those flowers are gone they threw them away. Crown Hill was once a place with high regard and people felt comfortable and confident in burying a loved one there, however that is currently not the case. They are very unorganized and do not communicate internally to make sure everything happens seamlessly for families from start to finish. My husband's headstone was placed in the wrong plot and it's been 3weeks and I still haven't received a plan or status as to when they will move his headstone. I was assured a call back today, so hopefully she will follow through.
I really appreciated all of the people that helped me with the things that I really did not want to deal with especially Israel, he went, I felt, above and beyond to help us.
All of them were very , understanding, and patient with us, never rushing me explaining to me all the things I would not have thought of.
I am very grateful for the people at Crown Hill, they made a terrible tragedy into something beautiful.
Thank you again
