I've only dealt with one mortuary, but this encounter was great. They held him without no payment until I can actually get the money for cremation. And all they said is just come. And check-in on us, every once in a while. To make to let us know that you're still here for your loved one. And I did, and everything worked out great. So a big shout out to crown. Hill cemetery, thank you.
10/17, Fri- we met w/ Madalyn Neff today for my Dad's funeral services next week. She is understanding, professional, and knows her job! She is very cordial, engaging, and helpful w/ my Mom's wishes today. We appreciate her!!
However, Crystal wasn't very professional, closed off, and expressed negative energy! She definitely needs to work on her people skills, job understanding, and puts a black eye on your company.
