Mike responded same day with a fair and accurate quote and was able to get us scheduled the following day. Christian arrived on time and was very conscientious and professional. The space was enclosed after original heater installed so he had to work thru the clearance challenge removing the old and installing the new water heater. He did a great job! Justin was incredibly knowledgeable. Able to handle our complicated boiler system to make it run more efficiently and heat a zone that had not been working. He repaired a broken shower valve and arrived with the correct part from the phone description of the problem. He completed an incredible amount of additional work much faster than we expected. We were very happy with Greater Western Plumbing.
