I recommend without hesitation this company. A few months ago, our 5 year-old Rinnai Tankless water heater developed a leak from its main stainless steel heat exchanger; most likely due to chemical erosion caused by the hard water in Colorado. We also had to replace an exhaust ABS vent pipe that our builder, Meritage Homes, had installed that voids Rinnai's warranty, and is prohibited by Colorado building code.

Kurt is very patient to explain all the details why our capacitor explodes and also helped to find the root cause of duct issue. Definitely help to clear my confusion and allow me make decision comfortably.
Huston was able to troubleshoot our tank less water issue and was very thorough on what was going on. Huston was able to fix it on the same call and made sure we had hot water before he left to hos next call.
