Obed came to do a diagnostic on our furnace and was very thorough and informative. He had the parts needed to fix it on the spot and also walked around the home to give me tips on routine maintenance for the furnace, AC, and boiler. Very friendly and helpful service. Will be definitely be calling on my next service needs.
I called Blue Horse for a second opinion about problems with my furnace and they saved me over $3,000, got me in three weeks faster and took a quarter of the time on the service call!I initially called a company who had installed my furnace to take a look. After waiting 3 weeks and an astronomically high quote, I called Blue Horse who came out the next day. Within a few minutes the tech asked if I recently installed a Nest Pro thermostat specifically, which I had. He explained why his tests indicated that the furnace was perfectly fine and that was just a communication problem between the furnace-thermostat which happens with that specific model.
