The three stars are mainly for the customers that are on the machines and not towards the staff. At least 3 of 5 times I’m in Vasa, I’m wasting my time waiting for people that are on the their phones while using the lifting equipment/machines. I wish there was an award system for people that had Apple Watches/smart watches or for people that didn’t use their phone while in the facility. Also the 3 stars apply towards the facility, once again not towards the employees; I’m don’t feel very comfortable of the unisex sauna and steam room, feels weird being the only girl in their when there’s 8 other dudes in it, who knows what could happen in there, lol. Some of the staff are amazing. Always friendly and cleaning up. Others not so much. But that doesn’t affect me ultimately. What does is the excessive heat. it’s Always far too hot. Like an oven. No air flow. Only three large ceiling fans to provide mild relief. Not sure if no cool air was built in or staff just doesn’t care but even in am it’s too hot inside with no air flow. I go here mostly for location. Otherwise great place and staff. Please, just get some airflow in here. Thank you.

I have really enjoyed coming here! The group fitness classes are great and get me motivated. I especially enjoy the flow and deep stretch classes. My daughter really likes coming to the day care as well! The lady's that work in there are really awesome and I feel totally comfortable leaving my daughter there with them! Highly recommend!
