It's a nice gym. Down side is it's always busy but its the biggest gym in the area so that is to be expected. The people who work here are usually in a good mood, trainers I've worked with are knowledgeable and personable. One thing to complain about is that it doesn't have a cold plunge like some of the other locations.
The gym is new and very clean compared to other locations. The heated yoga is barley hot. Turn the heat up! I get it's not true hot yoga with humidity and 100+ degrees, but it needs to be at least 87-90. Thanks so much 😊
This place is fine but ypu can't go between 4pm-8pm because every single machine is occupied. It's like a comedy sketch or something. This place needs to be double in size or open up a second or third location nearby. Business is obviously booming.
