As a Restaurant owner I’ve gone through a lot of repair companies. It’s too bad it took so long to find Prime. They are quick and efficient. They are great at communicating arrival times, quotes, issues all of it. Nathan has been our most recent tech and he looks at repairs as if this was his own restaurant. If you aren’t using Prime you are getting second class service!
Bradley corrected our old builder piping and solved our chronic basement drain backups. He was prompt, personable, efficient and obviously highly experienced. Super guy and a great pro!
From scheduling, communication, and repair Nathan and his team were wonderful. I highly recommend them and will never look for another plumber. Thanks for your quick and efficient help.
