It is such a great concept in having multiple smaller shops together! However, one does not know whether to walk around or if someone will greet them at the front. Some signage as to which shops are inside with hours and directions would be a bonus.

I saw Gwen at Urban Glow for a thigh and bikini wax. After being unimpressed with my first wax at one of the bigger chains, I tried Gwen. She was amazing!!! Gwen informed me that my hairs go in all different directions so it took some effort to get them all, but she was super patient and thorough and I walked away Maui ready! I was so impressed because she took the time that we needed to get my legs smooth, she didn't just hurry through. (which had been my experience during my first wax at the bigger chain) Gwen was also very friendly and easy going. I highly recommend!!
