I've been renting a salon suite at Phenix Salon Suites Westminster for almost 4 years and have had an amazing experience. This location is independently operated. The owner, Michael, is incredibly hands-on, responsive and genuinely cares about the success of every stylist. I've never had an owner that stops in on a regular basis to check in to see how you are doing or if we need anything. It really feels like a family here instead of just a place to rent a suite.

I have been here running my own business for close to 4 years. Michael and Brandi have been extremely helpful along the way and have helped me to manifest my vision. Since moving in. Cutting out the middleman and working for myself has been extremely rewarding. If you are looking to go independent and have a good clientele, Phenix provides an exceptional environment for both you and your clients.

I saw Gwen at Urban Glow for a thigh and bikini wax. After being unimpressed with my first wax at one of the bigger chains, I tried Gwen. She was amazing!!! Gwen informed me that my hairs go in all different directions so it took some effort to get them all, but she was super patient and thorough and I walked away Maui ready!
I was so impressed because she took the time that we needed to get my legs smooth, she didn't just hurry through. (which had been my experience during my first wax at the bigger chain) Gwen was also very friendly and easy going. I highly recommend!!
