As an athlete I tend to be extremely hard on my body. I have had relatively poor experiences with chiropractic work in the past, but was referred to Dr. Chris by a friend and gave her a shot. There has been three seperate issues that she has helped me with since I began seeing her. The most recent was supposedly my fibula being out of alignment. I hiked, ran, and cycled on this injury for 3-4 weeks and it progressively worsened. She diagnosed the issue and made a simple adjustment that I was able to test out in the mountains the following weekend. Pleased to say my leg held up to the ~17miles 7K+ gain without any issue. Dr. Chris is the best! I have been seeing her for years, and even though I moved out of the area--I still make the drive to see her. She makes me feel so comfortable and is so warm and welcoming. She always remembers conversations we had in our previous sessions about my family, etc. She really cares for her patients inside and out.

Dr. Chris is a savior! She squeezed me in (during COVID) as a new patient who is 8 months pregnant & was suffering from back pain! She saw me twice in two days & I can finally move without pain!! She is so sweet & genuinely cares :) I would recommend her to anyone looking for relief & a knowledgeable chiropractor!! She also went to great lengths to protect me, herself & other patients by sanitizing everything!
