“Dr Snyder is the BEST! For 5 years I was so sick. Non-stop coughing that sometimes i didn't get any sleep for the entire week. I would go to the other room so my husband could sleep. Went to see all kinds of specialist and all the way to National Jewish Hospital. Few trips to ER because I became asthmatic and couldn't breath. Doctors gave me all kinds of meds and inhalers because all they could find was my allergy was so bad, yet none of them worked. My friend told me about Dr Snyder. I was so desperate that I was willing to do anything. I made an appointment and Dr Snyder treated me couple of times and got better so quick that I didn't know how to act. I forgot what a normal life anymore. Accupuncture was the best treatment for my allergies. Anytime I get a little stuffy, Lifetime Health and Wellnes is my go to. Everyone is so friendly and very personable. I am feeling much better and don't have to take meds anymore and don't have to carry epipen!“

“I made an initial consultation visit at Allied this week for lower back and upper left leg pain that has turned debilitating. I met with Dr. Vickers, who quickly went to work asking questions and listening to understand my pain points. After a few range of motion tests, we sat at the iPad and using a diagram of the body, Dr. Vickers walked me through his analysis and prognosis, recommending my next course as an MRI. I've had the MRI, with the radiologist report aligning exactly with Dr. Vickers' prognosis, who then recommended me to an orthopedic doc as well as a pain specialist for immediate relief, both have which have been fantastic. Bottom line is one initial consultation has me now on a path to treatment without pressure to purchase additional sessions, only what is best for my health needs. I will definitely be back. “I recently visited Sacred Space Massages and was impressed by the wide range of services they seem to offer—I noticed this while waiting in their calm, inviting lobby. The masseuse who worked with me was incredibly kind and friendly, and the massage itself was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! She clearly knew what she was doing, and I felt very at ease in her care.
That said, I was disappointed that the full 60-minute massage I paid for wasn’t honored in practice. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm, and I arrived before 2:15pm. I was brought into the room around 2:26pm, got on the table by 2:30pm, but wasn’t seen until about 2:45pm. The massage ended promptly at 3:30pm—meaning I only received about 45 minutes of hands-on time.
While I didn’t mention it afterward (I had another appointment to get to), it felt disheartening to have a portion of the time cut short without acknowledgment. I still chose to tip, as the quality of the massage was excellent—but I do hope Sacred Space can be more mindful in the future about honoring the full time clients are paying for. Integrity matters, especially when people carve out time and money for self-care.“
