Cannot recommend Adam and his practice enough. Not only does he heal the body but also helps the mind body and soul. I first came across Adam after a car accident that had me in a bad place not only physically but mentally. Adam not only has helped with healing my back but also helped me with my depression I found myself in after the accident I was in. I’ve been seeing Dr. Helie for several years. He’s helped me in so many ways; from sports injuries to car accidents, and my monthly adjustments. He not only adjusts me but also gives me stretches and strength exercises to help improve in overall health. I would high recommend him, 10 out of 10!

I'm a dentist which is hard on my neck and back, but since I've been seeing Adam regularly I've had very little problems. He's accommodating with my hours as well. Definitely recommend him!
